If you can provide us with the necessary information, we will
bill your insurance company. We cannot however, bill co-pays to a
secondary carrier.

Unless it is an emergency, in most cases surgery requires an authorization through the insurance carrier. The Case Manager will contact you once the authorization is obtained. This process usually takes 1 – 2 weeks depending on the insurance company.

You may be given exercises to perform by your physician. If additional
therapy is needed you will be referred to qualified therapists.
