Which office do I call for my appointment?

What are your office hours?
Wheat Ridge: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Mon.-Fri.

What insurance do you accept?

All major HMO�s, Aetna, CIGNA, Anthem BC/BS; PacifiCare/Secure Horizons, UHC, Rocky Mountain HP, all PPO-Sloans Lake/Cofinity; PHCS, Medicare, all Workers Comp; Pinnacol, Select Net

When do I pay my co-pay?
Prior to services, except during the post-op period. However, if a cast change is done or x-rays are taken during the post-op period you will owe a co-pay.

Will you bill the insurance company or me?
If you can provide us with the necessary information, we will bill your insurance company. We cannot however, bill co-pays to a secondary carrier.

If I need surgery how soon will it happen?

Unless it is an emergency, in most cases surgery requires an authorization through the insurance carrier. The Case Manager will contact you once the authorization is obtained. This process usually takes 1 � 2 weeks depending on the insurance company.

Will the same doctor I saw in the office do the surgery?
Yes, unless you request your care to be transferred to another.

Do you also do the rehabilitation?
You may be given exercises to perform by your physician. If additional therapy is needed you will be referred to qualified therapists.
